Important Information for Exhibitors
SaddleDrive gathers QBP's top bike dealers for a weekend of biking and buying in Utah's spectacular Wasatch Mountains. This is an unparalleled opportunity to get your products into the hands, hearts and minds of our best customers.
You are among an exclusive group of exhibitors QBP invited to this event. Your ability to provide technical or nutritional support during demo rides will greatly enhance the SaddleDrive experience. In return, you'll get one-on-one access to dealers who lead their local markets and have a proven appetite for buying. Be sure to bring lots of samples and demo items!
Exhibitor Requirements
- Set up is on Sunday, July 21 from 10 am–4 pm. No set up is allowed the day of the show.
- All exhibitors must supply their own weights for tents
- All tents are required to have a minimum of 50lbs secured to each leg
- Exhibitors must lower their tents and reattach weights at the end of each day*
- The sale of food or drinks is prohibited
- No alcohol allowed is during demo times
- No driving of any vehicles is allowed on the grass at Snowbasin
- Tear down will be Tuesday, July 23 starting at 5 pm
- All product shipped to the Utah warehouse needs to be picked up on Sunday, July 21 between 9 am–2 pm
* Due to over-night mountain winds, we need to pay extra attention to securing tents

Our host hotels are the Hampton Inn and the Summit Hotel. Space is limited at both hotels, so be sure to reserve your room right away. Get a discounted rate at either hotel by mentioning QBP's SaddleDrive room block.
